Patients praise the team for their professionalism, warmth, and expertise. The doctors, including Dr. Ibrahim and Dr. McGregor, are commended for their thorough examinations, clear explanations, and personalized care. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses, are friendly and dedicated to providing a positive experience. Many patients have traveled out of state to see Dr. Clevens because of his excellent training and experience, and they are very happy with their results. Christina Smith is highly praised for her professionalism and care during treatments like the revitalizing peel, and she is very knowledgeable about all Clevens facial products. Jurry is recognized as an excellent injector, being patient, professional, and attentive to concerns, with courteous assistants as well. One patient had a nasal septum perforation and deviated septum repaired by Dr. Barbee during septoplasty, which improved breathing and stopped sinus infections. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the staff (love ya, Barb!) and Dr. McGregor have been. I recently had my breast implants removed and a breast lift performed 6 weeks ago, and my experience was incredible as were my results. My breasts are now natural perky, and have been restored to the way they looked in my late 20s before breastfeeding two children (not a dig on breastfeeding; it was a fantastic experience and the best thing to do for your children if you are able). Dr. McGregor is a compassionate board-certified plastic surgeon (do your research; you want a board-certified plastic surgeon to perform a breast lift, they go through hell and back to receive this accreditation) who walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Just hours after my surgery, he called to check in on me and even encouraged me to text him personally with any concerns or questions (he might have regretted that decision, lol!) In addition to Barb (staff nurse) the ENTIRE staff, including the intake nurse, Johanna, are polite, caring, and attentive to the needs of all their patients. It's rare to find a warm and attentive medical staff. The experience has been such a positive one, that I just returned for my regular BOTOX injections and will be returning for additional treatments and procedures in the future.
