Doug and his staff did a flawless job from the show room to the final product. We had a floor that was a totally uneven surface and thought we could only use carpet. The lady working (I am sorry I do not recall her name but think maybe Lisa) was so helpful in steering me to use glue down planking. They provided samples which helped to determine what was the right fit for us. We were exceptionally lucky that the flooring came in so that the crew worked over the Memorial day weekend and they completed it so that we didn't miss any time working with our clients. We had a carpet tear out and reinstall by Chapman. Doug at Chapman carpet lead us through all of the carpet choices and educated us on what would be the best option for our family of five. The price point was better than the other two stores that we received estimates and the carpet was much higher quality and brand name! It was ordered and within 10 days it was installed and beautiful!! Hands down the best carpet ever!! It feels like I’m walking on a cloud!! We are 100% happy and we plan on recarpeting out entire second floor with Chapman in February! We can’t say enough about Chapman. Do it. You won’t be disappointed!!

Very friendly, great prices, delivered on time as promised and did a great job on the install! A+ We went to two other carpet stores and spents hours. Walked into Chapman and immediately knew this was the place! We were done in less than 30 minutes.
