This entire review is dedicated to Mike McKenzie! Mike went above and beyond to fix my glasses. Other vision professionals at multiple locations, said they couldn’t help and sent me on my way. Only took him seconds but he had the right tools to be able to remove a broken screw. This is one very happy customer. Mike’s knowledge and dedication to customer service is exemplary! Thought my husband should go to an optometrist that has experience. They were supposed to set an appointment up with Neberhaus but the set up an appointment with Dr Zippi. Husband was greeted friendly at the reception. The lady at the eye pretreatment was great. Although they have tiny tiny cubicles 4 of them in a little room. Not very comfy and no room for anyone other than the patient. He went to the room after that and the wait wasn't long. He says that the doctor however was not very friendly and although he seemed to check all the appropriate boxes he was condescending about the ability to see and wasn't any better than an assembly line location like Americas... read full review

I came in to get a prescription for glasses and contacts. Everything was very thorough and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Ciara, you are a gem, thank you! Dr. Zippi was very knowledgeable and professional, and I appreciated the time taken to make sure my prescription was correct and that my eyes were healthy. I can see perfectly now! :)
