Dr. Starr is the most caring, kind, compassionate Doctor ever. From the time you walk in the front door you are greeted with friendly staff and it continues throughout your visit. Dr. Starr is so easy to talk to he feels like a friend. He explains everything thoroughly. He is on time and doesn't rush your visit. His office is organized and almost completely paperless.
