As a health practitioner, it is always a joy to find someone as talented as Demetri! There are not many body workers and maybe no massage therapists who are as well educated as he is. He combines many types of massage and fascia work to really help with posture, pain and mobility. Very worthwhile!! He also has an Immortal bed! No one even around our area has that. Go check it out!

I can’t say enough about my experience at Integrative Humancare. Over the past few months, I’ve been using the Ammortal Chamber, and it has truly been life-changing. During a very challenging time in my life, this space became a place where I could reset, find balance, and calm my nervous system. The clarity and sense of expansion I’ve gained have been incredible.

I searched online for a sports massage spot in the Melbourne area and was thrilled to discover Integrative Human Care. After browsing their website, I booked a session in the Ammortal chamber and a massage with Megan. The next morning I received a confirmation followed by a warm intro call from Demetri. My Ammortal and massage experiences exceeded all expectations—Demetri and Megan are incredibly friendly, welcoming pros who instantly put me at ease. The space is spotless and gives calming vibes. I’ll definitely be rebooking soon!
