Great experience. I usually have my eyebrows ripped off and destroyed by the nail salon… not anymore! My eye brows had a perfect shape and the environment is fun clean and professional

I am and have been a server/bartender/floor manager for more than half my life now…. so let’s just say customer service is kinda my thing…. i had an AMAZING experience today at Ulta and couldn’t have asked for anything more, Regina and Erica were SO helpful and such a joy to meet with today, any and everything i needed they were ON IT good customer service that is real and honest shines through almost immediately, and from beginning to end these girls were top tier! can’t wait to see all of u for breakfast ASAP so i can return the favor, please, thank ALL of u so much for all the help today!!!

Miranda is absolutely the best person I have ever had touch my brows! She managed to easily tame these caterpillars I call eyebrows. I always stick with the tried & true wax/tint and I have never been let down once! If it was possible to leave more than 5 stars, I would.
