I see a lot of comments say they don’t understand how B&B could have 4+⭐️’s or so and that’s considering most of the time people only leave comments when they’re disgruntled. I must say I’ve known B&B for a long time and there a family operation who truly care about their customers unlike 90% of other companies. Let’s just say some people you can never make happy.

From start to finish, the experience was pleasant. Technician Alex came out to assess the equipment. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We hired them to replace the air handler. B&B does a great job. I'm amazed that so many people have put bad reviews. Every interaction I've had with them have been very good. Friendly, timely. Solved my issues and air is putting out ice cold air now. Price is reasonable and in line with other places.
