Backed out of a home because it was vandalized on multiple occasions while being built. The home increased in value while I was trying to cancel the contract yet they kept my $10,000 .down payment deposit. there were some graphic things scratched in the window and I feared to live in the neighborhood. Did not matter to them.

Please, Please go someplace else. Builder will not accept responsibility for water backing up into home from construction debris 3 days after moving in to home. We moved into our home Dec 11/12 of 2018 and on the 14 water backed up into the home. Called to have someone come out to pull water before it caused more damage. After sending everything in they said that warranty does not cover secondary damages....There are no damages because I got someone out that day to pull the water out. When I responded that I would have to take it another route I got a response stating maybe they were too harsh, that was in February. They offered to work directly with the water remediation... read full review

This is probably the worst customer service I ever dealt with. The people are never there they are alway at "lunch" or out doing something. And I left my name and number for about two weeks and still nothing from the GM Mark! It's like he is scared to talk to you. This is a pathetic company and it's ran like SHIT! I would never consider anyone to go through this company!
