Dave Settgast Realtor
“Dave Settgast is a top 1% quality Realtor in a very large area of Florida. He listened to me and he only showed me houses that were exactly what I was looking for. He is detail oriented. He has a large amount of experience and expertise. He responds to texts and emails very quickly. He understood perfectly all my communications and provided timely action. I interviewed or worked with over 8 other realtors and he is miles better than all the rest. I am in my new beautiful home now and without any care in the world because of him!
