Great job start to finish. Listened to what I wanted, explained in detail what would be happening, answered my questions, and great followup to make sure everything was done as we had discussed. Several months later I did have a couple questions and Al came out to assess and fix a small void.
Came in to get a water pump replaced on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid a couple months ago. Mind you the water pump on this car was electric unlike most vehicles. Job was done very well and the cost was a lot cheaper than the actual dealership. Even though it still hurt the pockets a bit, the service was very good. Both David and Lucas were very kind and respectful and knew what they were doing.
