North Florida Medical is a professional place with an amazing team. The staff, including Dr. Debbie and Dr. M, are exceptional and provide thorough care. They are warm, caring, and welcoming. Patients feel comfortable and have had positive experiences, with some considering the clinic a "life saver". The office staff, however, can be rude and argumentative on the phone, which may need improvement. Despite this, the doctors and nurses are highly praised for their medical knowledge and care. They take the time to help patients, including those with trouble getting prescription meds due to Medicaid/Medicare issues. Overall, patients are extremely impressed and would definitely recommend North Florida Medical. The clinic's care has helped many patients recover from illnesses, including COVID and strep.
Best Dr. And nurse. Best provider and nurse. The office staff is so rude and arguing with you on the phone. I love the doctor Debbie but not the staff. They need to train there staff on the phone and how to help people.
Amazing Team! These folks are impressive. I’m comfortable starting this is the most pleasant medical practice with which I have ever worked or have received care. They are exceptionally professional and thorough, yet are warm, caring and welcoming. You won’t be disappointed here…
He took care of my Grandma,my aunt,now me and we love his work.He helped me get a diagnosis that other doctors were afraid to give. He also takes care of prescription meds I had trouble getting due to a lot of medical pros around the area not accepting Medicaid/Medicare. And to first do no harm is not being practiced in North FL.Dr M and Debbie R Roe are not guilty of that. I respect both a whole lot.
