These folks took my daughter's recently rescued cat in and saved his life by simply being honest and kind. Another office in Live Oak simply didn't advise us of a shot that could keep the cat comfortable for the short term but could damage him for the long term so that while she raised the money for the surgery (2 months) we could keep him healthy. They also suggested a smaller scale surgery that has worked out beautifully also allowing her to save a little bit of money. They performed the surgery and the cost was HUNDREDS less than the quoted price. (When has that ever happened in a vet's office?) These are people that make small town life really sing and I hope Mayo knows how blessed they are to have them.
I've gone to Michele for over half my life! I've only had to go to someone else probably 4 times since I was 12 and regretted it probably 3 times. Lol

Picked up a rotator today. It was a very pleasant experience. The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The person who helped me was easy to be around. Her name was Shelly. It's a good place to go when you need medical equipment.
Cody was very prompt, kind and compassionate. He was able to get here AND fix the problem in about an hour. We will be calling for any future A/C issues!
