I have been suffering TMJ flares that have been getting progressively worse for the past five or six years. I had to see three different oral surgeons to even have someone try to treat me with something other than telling me to get a mouthguard, which I already do use. A good friend of of mine told me about intraoral massages for TMJ cases I was hesitant at first because the sound of someone sticking their fingers in your mouth and pressing on the most painful part of your body sounded really intense. Although the massage was a little weird at first, it greatly released the tight tension in my jaws. I don’t even remember what it felt like to have cheeks that didn’t feel like they were consistently tight and pulling she was so kind and she even made me laugh several times And it really helped me to relax. She was very personal while also maintaining a professional demeanor. I enjoyed her and her services so much that I wanna check out what else she offers. And I’ll definitely be back when my pain flares up again.
I wanted to edit to quickly add that the most important thing to me during the session is that my pain was seen heard and addressed a lot of practitioners. I have seen just kind of brush off TMJ like oh wear a mouthguard it’ll get better which trust me I have tried and it hasn’t. I’m so grateful that someone heard me saw me and helped me .

Jeremy and his sons put in a gate on my deck & on three of my sheds put in new ramps! They also replaced bad deck boards & put in beautiful new railings on two sets of stairs going into my home! Jeremy made the railings himself what a terrific job! They also replaced a set of doors on one of my sheds and replaced trim that had rotted around two shed windows! A collapsed closet shelf was also replaced! I will definitely be using Santa Fe builders again!
