“Elmer Cook Construction is easily the best and if you're looking for a new roof, this is who you should call! Their prices are fair and the roof they installed is excellent. The owners are very personable. Trey Cook came out to do the estimate in less than an hour after I called (I think that might have been mostly luck that I called at a good time) and didn't make us feel pushed into getting something we didn't need. He kept us updated the whole time. The guys who came out to install the roof were very polite, professional, and fast! They really know what they are doing! Our garage roof looks amazing and I can't wait to call them when we are ready for a new roof on our house.Side note: take your neighbors into consideration when you get a metal roof. The glare from them is like a mirror and at certain angles it will shine in their house and yard. Consider a painted metal roof or one with a dull finish so you don't blind them.“

“If you re looking for a company to engineer and install a screened enclosure I would give this company 10 stars.Let’s start with sales, they were very responsive when I had them out in the spring of 2023, the estimate came quickly, although we decided to wait till 2024 to start the install. That decision changed at the end of the summer, and we moved our start date to the fall of 2023. I called ABS and spoke with the salesman Sam that had given me the original estimate and ask him to re-estimate. I was expecting an increase due to inflation, but I was informed that they would hold that price even though it was only good for 90 days. This is the only way to start a project.On to engineering. John was incredible and sent my drawings that were so complete anyone could understand them. I made a change and within a day or so, had the final plans which they filed for the local permit.Now the office and installation staff. Any alteration in the building schedule because of rain, was quickly emailed and texted prior to the crew showing up. The office staff is on top of everything. Maybe I was Lucky to get their best crew, because this was the first time hiring someone, that the attention to details was spot on. The two installers must have worked together for quite some time, because they installed my sunroom with precision expertise. My enclosure was 12 x 28 and from start to finish took 3 days.Don’t waste time with other companies. Go right with ABS, you will not regret that decision.“
