From the front office, Cheryl, to the owner, Jimmy, and all the workers who came and worked on my pool, everyone was polite, professional and tidy. Not to mention extremely hard working in the brutal heat of summer. Also they were tolerant of a million questions I had as getting a pool installed is an interesting process and they kept me informed of everything along the way. I even left for a trip and knew all would be taken care of in my absence. Cheryl’s communication skills are excellent and that is super important in this day and age.
My pool is not only gorgeous, but functions perfectly. Cheryl got tons of phone calls from me and I even changed the orientation of the pool and she didn’t blink an eye on helping me get it just the way I envisioned. “I called STB stucco to discuss an inspection on a new home purchase. Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to educate me on stucco-related home inspections and walk me through the process. He then offered to look at the exterior of the home to determine if an invasive stucco inspection seemed to be warranted. He truly went above and beyond and took many pictures, including thermal imaging, of the home and he was very thorough and detailed in his initial assessment. I requested that he write up an inspection report of his findings and he provided one within a few days and he also included annotated images (even sent this to me during the weekend to reduce delays). He clearly has extensive expertise and truly cares about the best interest of his customers. Overall, his genuine care and concern led us to make the best decision on our future regarding the home. I am grateful that our realtor suggested we contact him and I am sure we will use his services again in the future!”
