“I called STB stucco to discuss an inspection on a new home purchase. Michael was incredibly helpful and took the time to educate me on stucco-related home inspections and walk me through the process. He then offered to look at the exterior of the home to determine if an invasive stucco inspection seemed to be warranted. He truly went above and beyond and took many pictures, including thermal imaging, of the home and he was very thorough and detailed in his initial assessment. I requested that he write up an inspection report of his findings and he provided one within a few days and he also included annotated images (even sent this to me during the weekend to reduce delays). He clearly has extensive expertise and truly cares about the best interest of his customers. Overall, his genuine care and concern led us to make the best decision on our future regarding the home.
