Very disappointed. We picked this home builder because they had the best reviews. Sadly that’s not my experience with them. Not only are they still not done, the quality of the work so far is also a disappointment. I’d say the lack of communication about our build would be the number one reason I do not recommend this builder. Our build was a smaller home; about 1100 square feet , nothing custom and after a year our home still remains unfinished. The amount I’m paying for this house just doesn’t equal the quality Of the build.

Highly recommend!!! We cannot express enough how blessed, thankful, thrilled, etc we are that Guy Tatum @ Tatum & Assoc is building Our Dream Home!!! Guy’s experience & knowledge is unmatched, invaluable & 2nd to none!!!
