Called them with a life threatening emergency for our beloved pet. The person who answered the phone was very rude and showed no understanding or compassion at all.Was told a flat no even after they knew what was wrong. We called another vet in town and told them what was happening and they told us to come immediately.They examined our pet and then preformed life saving surgery to save the pet we have had for over 7 years. Shouldn't list themselves as an emergency veterinary if they won't accept emergencies.

Had an emergency with a cat and the receptionist was not nice at all. I get you're booked and can't see me, fine, but having an animal in distress is already stressful enough, we don't need to add a receptionist with an attitude to the mix. After we called them, we called the other vet office in town and the receptionist there was sweet.

We found a full feathered young hawk in our yard. We called FWC after getting it in a cage where nothing could hurt it. They told me that Marianna Animal hospital was the place to go. I delivered it there and they were so professional. They were kind and insured me that they would do their very best to rehab it. I’m glad we went there.
