The girls who come to my house are outstanding, and their attention to detail is truly impressive—something I’ve never experienced with other companies. Customer service is 10/10. One small mistake happened when a vase was broken, but the very next day they delivered a brand-new one to my house. Mercedes was incredible and personally took care of everything

Today was my initial cleaning service using The Cleaning Authority - Coral Springs, and I'm very happy with their service and the level of detail and effort they did. When looking for a cleaning service, we quoted with a couple of companies but The Cleaning Authority was the only one that sent a representative to do a customized quote for us, and to explain their services, which me and my husband really liked and appreciated. Their customer service has been great so far and I look forward to the next cleaning sessions with them.
