Absolutely wonderful experience today, my first time at the salon. Highlights and roots, cut and blowout with Miguel. He was wonderful and listened to everything I needed and wanted, while simultaneously helping me with navigating all of that with my broken foot. Wendy at reception made everything happen and is super helpful and friendly. Sheri was also great, as is Penny. Good vibes and service all around. Will be back in August for touch up.

My experience began with me placing a phone call to Penny and Co pleading for help. I inadvertently dyed my hair a horrible copper color and had work the next day where I am not allowed to wear hats. The receptionist was very kind and got me an appointment just a couple hours out. I was lucky it was a Wednesday in September and I could be fit in. I arrived and was introduced to Miguel. He was a joy to be around and he is truly amazing at what he does. He not only corrected my rust colored hair to an even beautiful brown he also gave me the haircut I wanted but better.
