What an incredible friendly and family style company. From our initial planning with Rob, meeting with Steve , and Superintendant Paul and conversations with Kim and all of the construction crew. Everyone has been upfront, honest and great with keeping us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend New image Pools & Spas. Thank you! Jeff and Ronnie
I am writing this review with frustration due to the lack of involvement from New Image Pools with following through with their project from start to finish. I just got off the phone with Kim who handles office relations and is your voice in ANYTHING/EVERYTHING to do with a project at New Image Pools…that being said, Kim is someone who you DO NOT want to deal with. Her tone of voice and slow replies is something that she finds acceptable. It took 8 weeks to answer one email and voicemail. **I am revising my review because we finally passed FINAL inspection today (took THREE attempts due to lack of communication). I had to request someone to be present from New Image Pools so we were all on the same page as far as communication for the third final inspection attempt. From dig date to filing of the pool, I have told friends the company is quick. I am standing behind my feelings due to the lack of respect from Kim who represents the company by not handling things appropriately with the inspection process and ugly attitude on the phone.
Our pool is gorgeous! Very pleased with New Image Pools. Mike is an amazing salesman. Just a great company to work with.
