My parent's home on Sanibel Island was decimated @ the end of September 2022 by Hurricane Ian, requiring my immediate engagement in the restoration effort as a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC 1525307). To Whom it may concern Royal Park Gardens Condominium 55+ Community;Per Jackson Lastra property management Co. Just aquirred phase 3, they already were managing Phase 1 & 2 which seems that the BOD's of phase 1& 2 we're satisfied with Jackson Lastra property Mgmt. The Mgmt. Co started officially on July 1st , 2022 as a current condo owner in Phase 3 as of last week the roofing co. Repaired a portion of a section that was leaking rain water coming through my bedroom ceiling now the interior subcontractor will be repairing the ceiling in the next few days, that's what I call efficiently fast service.Especially after two prior MgmtCo.
