Aside from the uncomfortable chairs. The office is well run like an oiled machine. The professionalism in the office was top notch. Dr Thomas is very caring for the first visit and explains everything at a level you can understand. He is very educated and will not be aggressive to do surgery as his first option.
I've had 2 TKR with Dr Thomas and it has been the best decision. I procrastinatethis for years but Dr Thomas is knowlegeable, caring and loves his job. His staff are very professional but also caring and respectful. 1st knee July 24/2025, 2nd one Nov 20/2026 and I can't be happier. They are attentive to my doubts, needs, appointments, paperwork. Now, Ibcan walk with no pain. Thanks Dr Thomas and staff.
