Although it has been over a year, we still remember how awful this pool service was. Pool guy would show up and then just talk on his phone and not clean the pool at all. Horrible pool service. Cut corners, didn't clean properly if at all, didn't replace filter that was paid for. I could go on and on. Pool cleaner talked on his phone the whole time and just drug the brush behind him....dumped chemicals in the corner and would leave. Paid for stabilizer, unsure if we ever got it. Didn't clean filters at all.

We used them for our pool service for years then our guy quit and moved and some how our keys went missing. Not even the owner could tell us what happened to our keys but we were told not to worry because his guys are background checked. Really doesn’t make a difference if a key to my backyard is lost or thrown out with our address on it then everyone can have access to our yard. I asked him to pay for the rekeying of our locks and was told they are a small business and our request was denied. We found someone else to use and I asked for a refund on the month we already paid and was told that since the gate was locked when his guy came that we were being charged for...read full review
