My service advisor, Maria, was fantastic! She was very polite and genuinely concerned with the issues I had with my Mustang.
She kept me updated on the progress along the way and was diligent when dealing with my service contract company.

When my vehicle was delivered I had some problems after a couple months I meet my service advisor Maria and she really help. And now I keep asking to make all my appointments with her. She is well trained very dependable (She will call you back). Thank you Maria
From write up to updates along the way and job completion. All went well, considering the part was a safety feature and car is 10 years old, Part was ordered, sent down from Melbourne and was fixed withing 48 hours. The only thing I would mention is that when car was washed there was a lot of soap marks all over vehicle, It had dried up and made it difficult to wash it off. Sebastion did a great job as far as progress of job and completion pretty much as promised.
