Our experience with Chris watching our condo has been excellent. He sends pictures and a report for every visit and is the consummate professional. During hurricane season he communicated about approaching storms that might require hurricane preparation for our property. He provides such a great peace of mind.

Chris Koch is a retired police detective that I had the privilege of working with for many years. His honesty and integrity is beyond reproach.
