I had a huge leak in my roof and Ridge Valley rushed out to patch the issue immediately, saving my home from what would have been tons of water damage. Afterwards I got quotes from numerous local companies for a new roof and Ridge Valley had competitive pricing and their people were great to work with so I went forward with them. It's been a year now and I didn't want to give them a review right away because I wanted to make sure the roof was good before giving them my seal of approval. I had an excellent experience with Ridge Valley. With so many roofers out there contacting us after Ian, I took a shot with Ridge Valley and am I ever glad I did. From the salesman Robert, who is about the nicest man you could ever meet, to the job supervisor Ta'Riq who did an outstanding job making sure our job was done properly and went over and above to communicate with us to keep us updated with the status of the roof installation. Robert Rodgers from Ridge Valley Exteriors was amazing. Our condominium association needed a roof inspection done ASAP. I made a call to Ridge Valley on Easter Sunday to leave a message and the owner Derek answered. At 8am the next morning Robert was onsite, did the inspection and had the report to me in a half hour. Saved our association thousands of dollars. Thanks Ridge Valley Exteriors!
