I broke a crown on Sunday and left a voicemail. The office (Hannah) called me first thing Monday morning and set an appointment immediately. I was treated effectively and with kindness. Treatment was thoroughly explained.
From start to finish, the team at Island Tower Dentistry were amazing. I had just started vacation and my crown had fallen off. They scheduled me the afternoon I called them and were able to get my crown recemented with no problem. Dr. Whelen was the best. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. I have large mandibular tori in the lower portion of my mouth & needed x-rays throughout the process. They were the best at making sure I was comfortable during the x-ray (I usually have such trouble with them). I highly recommend this practice, as they generally do care about your comfort & make you feel very welcome in their care.
I recently visited Island Tower Dentistry for the first time, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team is a group of caring and knowledgeable professionals that prioritizes the needs of their patients and promotes dental health. The office was immaculate and the staff was so welcoming. The atmosphere is friendly and you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the door. I’m grateful to have found such a caring dental team!!
