Using the builder’s recommended landscape company proved to be an expensive and disappointing, not to mention, frustrating experience. Imagine 1/3 of an acre with an insufficient irrigation system, dying and diseased “grass” which was reminiscent of a pasture, and 9 trees which were all in a state of struggle. All this and absolutely no curb appeal street side expect for the mounds of mulch and not a stitch of vegetation.
