As President of my condominium association, we hired Collier Painting to paint our buildings entire exteriors.. I was extremely happy with our decision and how great our buildings look. The work was completed in a timely manner. Communication was consistent and helpful in keeping the inconvenience for the owners at a minimum. I was very impressed with how hard all of the crew members worked. Suli was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable, and helpful in making our decisions. I highly recommend using them.
I am the property manager for two large upscale buildings in the Hideaway Beach Community on Marco Island. In the summer of 2025 Collier Painting Contractor painted both of our buildings, in addition that also made many stucco and concrete repairs. I have been managing properties for 30 years and Collier Painting Contractor was the best contractor I have ever worked with! Their staff are all in uniforms, courteous, hardworking and very talented. The Owner Christian and their Project Manager Suli were great to work with and communicated well. I give them my highest 5 start recommendation for anyone looking to hire a qualified and competent painting contractor.
