Rocket Cooling is a locally owned HVAC company serving Marathon and the Middle Florida Keys. Formerly known as Houston Air, the team provides air conditioning repair, AC installation, and HVAC maintenance for residential and commercial customers throughout the Keys. The team delivers dependable service designed for coastal living. What customers like best about Rocket Cooling is constant communication. The techs are always knowledgeable, respectful and willing to listen. One customer noted a special shout out for Nick Tomlinson, a real professional. Vanessa is a rockstar in the Marathon office. Another customer mentioned both techs Matt and José did a great job, but Vanessa was the real rockstar. She knew exactly what was going on and how to get it done, calling to keep the customer up-to-date. There was an issue with getting parts ordered and delivered to the Keys, and a defective computer board, but Jonathan looked up the ticket and ordered the part while on the phone. Another great experience from the Rocket Cooling team, with thanks for taking the time to remove an old AC unit. Chris was professional and courteous, working well with other contractors. Adan is pleasant, professional, on time and very thorough, and it was great to see him return for a second service.
