Outstanding customer services at this office.Every single person that take care of me were professional and nice.What I can not understand is, why Baptist needs a central office to call patient at Miami, if they have this one here that are working in the daily basis with client in our town and have a good knowledge about us and our health?…because here, are not only doctors and nurses and office employees,THEY ARE OUR FRIENDS TOO…Why is not the office in marathon who call me for remainders and results?Central office are not on the top of all what happening with us because they don’t even know who we are….and most of the time call only for appointment reminder...read full review
Dr Faldon was wonderful. Even though they were unable to get my partner the iron shots needed due to his anemia, the doctor went out of her way to find a hematologist in Kendall that would only have to see my partner once in person and after that the blood test orders could be sent electronically to where we live (150 miles south) and the iron infusions could be sent to our pharmacy and we could self administer them as directed. He is 85 years old and could not have made the weekly trips due to other health problems. This was all due to the cancer/hematology center going bankrupt and closing its door with a 3 week warning.
Dr. Filiaggi is very attentive, informative and on easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with her. (Everyone said, you are going to like her alot)She has made a great impression on the staff. She's soft spoken and very inviting. Margarita the MA was great. Aimee greeted me hi and how are you today. Checked me with a super sunshine smile. Theresa at check asked how was my visit? I said, it was GREAT! Everyone was great. She said thank you for the compliment. Awesome staff!
