The service was horrible. My mother was ambulatory. She had a 9am appointment and three other patients that had appointment after her and came after her were seen before her. We believe we were intentionally and maliciously pushed behind because we had a question on the consent to sharing form .

I just want to take the time to thank the health first Advent health Jennifer Gee ANRP and her staff specifically Ingrid. Thank you for being extremely patient and helping me through the patient portal you guys go above and beyond for all your patients and your care is extraordinary I will recommend your office to each and every person I meet as the level of care is absolutely outstanding and I thank you. Let me say first off I work in health care and just the interactions with the staff is horrid. Called before driving there and asked if they take 1 year olds. Front stated yes they do. Get there a little after 2pm give them my insurance information. At 3:40pm the front girl tells me my insurance is inactive. It’s not inactive, call insurance and have them tell the front (one of which needs to learn better customer service). She had some comments to say and I gave it right back to her. Got taken back and the poor MA has little to no experience with kiddos. Temp has reached 103 last dose of Tylenol was at 12:30. MA says let’s get some Motrin in her to help that fever.... read full review
