Based on the reviews, Sun State Dermatology provides personalized, compassionate, and quality medical care. The doctor and office are amazing, very friendly and kind. Patients have had nothing but great experiences, with the front desk staff always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nathoo is an excellent dermatologist with incredible knowledge and a wonderful bedside manner. He is very genuine and caring, takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make patients feel comfortable. The team is fantastic, and patients have seen 100% results. It is a good clinic with exceptional care, and children are doing well there. The business is highly recommended to everyone.
Update: I’m changing my review to 5 stars after my follow-up experience.
I originally had a frustrating scheduling/communication issue and was told I could not schedule because of prior missed appointments. I did not remember being clearly informed that I would no longer be able to be seen, so that was upsetting. However, the new office manager reached out, listened kindly, looked into the issue, and handled the situation professionally. I appreciated that she did not come across as defensive and seemed focused on solving the problem.

Dr. Nathoo and his staff is absolutely wonderful. I had the best experience starting from check in to check out. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Nathoo listened to my concerns, addressed them and we came up with a plan. He is kind, compassionate, and cares about his patients. This is what Excellent Patient care looks like. I would Highly recommend!
They got back to me the same day to schedule an appointment and they had availability the very next day. Clean and pretty lobby. Friendly staff.
