Silvana Kousiry of Southwest Property Management, is an excellent Property Manager.
She has assisted Tuscany Ridge Board Members in finding Heritage Construction, a highly competent company, to perform major repairs of the community sidewalks and Brickwalls. She visits Tuscany Ridge regularly, to ensure homes within our community are well kept, and owners are following HOA rules and guidelines. Additionally, she is also an excellent communicator and organizer regarding HOA meetings and matters.
SWPM has been really good lately. Our HOA Cam-Silvana works with our board very closely.
She answers our calls and guides us in the right direction with vendor and homeowner issues. In the past we had a lot of turnovers with our CAMs but for over the past year we have had a consistent CAM-Silvana who cares about our community and is very professional.
