Specialty Management Company

As a local Realtor since 1999, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many community association managers and association management companies over the years. I can honestly say that Cathy Wasson, the Community Association Manager at Jesup’s Reserve, is always a pleasure to work with.

I’ve sold more than six townhomes at Jesup’s Reserve, and my dealings with Cathy and Specialty Management Company have consistently been excellent. Cathy is professional, responsive, and always helpful, making the process easier for everyone involved.

They are absolutely one of the best association property management companies in Central Florida. Highly recommended!

Becky is legit the best association manager I've ever dealt with. And I'm not just speaking about my own community. I sell real estate and deal with management companies every week. Becky and Specialty Management are super responsive. Highly recommend.

So far, the experience is just ok. Staff may not be terribly rude, but they’re not the nicest or very helpful either. What you must never forget is that WE homeowners are part of the HOA and we hired/pay you with our association dues. WE are the customers you are committed to serve. We shouldn’t be super respectful only to not receive the same if not better. Too many community management companies act more like HOA board enforcers and forget to actually serve the community they work for. Remember that.
