The front desk girls are great, the vet techs are so helpful and care, as well as the vets themselves. I actually felt taken care of here and not like a business transaction. Great office!!!!
They took me in the same day as it was urgent. The staff are very friendly and professional and showed interest in my cat. They comprise a list of possible treatments and you can choose what you want to accept and what you pay for. They are good at following up on the condition of your pet. I would recommend them based on my experience.
I made an appointment this morning following my primary vet's news of a large mass in my dog's abdomen. I felt strongly that the professionalism and care demonstrated by Daija was amazing. It was heartfelt and much appreciated. If she is a mirror to the care provided at Maitland, I have just won the lotto :) I look forward to my visit with Dr. Lennes on 2/20/24.
