Our visit on 1!28/26 was beyond wonderful! If it were possible to give above a 5 star rating we definitely would! From our telphone to the office to schedule “Bob” for his new patient appointment right through the entire process we were handled with tender loving care. It was Bob’s first visit to the Vet so he was apprehensive to say the least. Dr. Basso & Jamie took such great care of him throughout the entire process. Everyone in the office made us feel comfortable and confident. They are all top notch professionals! The team at MAH is top notch. They care for my pup as if she was their own. They always answer the phone and they are quick to get us on the schedule if needed. I appreciate the service that they provide! In addition, the facility is very clean and well maintained.
The entire staff were friendly and professional and took great care of my little Cavapoo, Rosie. I highly recommend Maitland Animal Hospital. They answered all of questions, were patient, and eager to help.
