I have been going to Dr. Charnell whe he was on staff at Visionworks in Altamonte Springs. He is the best of the best and, I usually have a great experience; however, the front desk staff seemed unfriendly this time. I received no greeting when I arrived, and my good morning went unanswered, which felt rude and unprofessional.

In a world where personal touch and the concierge feel is becoming less and less common, it’s nice to still find at LHEA. I highly recommend them to care deeply for your eyes! A+++
