I called to schedule my son an eye appointment on Friday and she very rudely stated does he have an eye problem because we are a specialist. I said yes he does. He has convergence insufficiency and a couple of other things. Scheduled the appointment for the following Thursday. That is great so speedy. Until my husband takes him and he gets nothing better than an exam he could have gotten at Walmart. No special testing like a specialist would do. Then states well he does not need glasses anymore and he is perfectly fine. I am very disappointed in the lack of testing done to come to the conclusion of him being perfectly fine. For a place that specializes in children, all they had was tv for kids and the waiting room was beat up, falling apart, and unclean.
From the waiting room I could hear children screaming from several patient rooms while we were waiting. When I asked why, out of concern for my infant who was being seen, I was told “it’s just spicy water” by the practitioner. When I asked her what is was, she ignored me. When she displayed my child’s eyes, I asked if that was the “spicy water” she was referring to. Twice. Both times she ignored me.

Dr. Vicky is absolutely amazing. I trust her with both of my children. She was able to give me answers that another office couldn’t provide, even after five separate visits.
In just one appointment, she completed all the necessary exams and gave me the clarity I had been looking for for months. She and her team are caring, thorough, and truly attentive.
The office is beautiful and very clean, with separate areas for adults and children, which I really appreciated. They are also respectful of your time and schedule appointments efficiently.
