Maria had a bad experience because Maria walked in to Elite Hair Alternatives with an entitled attitude. When she asked for the owner she was speaking to the owner. She told the owner that he wasn’t the owner. The owner, Richard, then had to tell Maria three times that yes, he was, indeed, the owner. Maria’s face was filled with disgust. Her attitude was beyond rude. The way she approached the new owner of the establishment was atrocious. She was also informed by the owner that the business she walked in to was a “no walk ins” business. She didn’t like being told that she wasn’t welcome in our shop. I'm writing a review for my boyfriend who's been wearing hair since his mid twenties. He's mid forties now and has used every hair replacement service out there, from Apollo to Hair Club to Do-it-Yourself Internet suppliers, but Angela tops them all. I'll tell you right off the bat: She's not the cheapest but she's also not the most expensive. You're paying for her expertise and skill which have been gained over the years, and for him it's absolutely worth it. After several Consultations with many hair stylists, regarding my thinning hair & tired of wearing "Bonded HairSystems" & the cost involved, I found Angela, owner of ADR. She has many alternatives to one's hair dilemmas & some at less cost. I am very pleased with the alternatives and prices and am Now A New Happy Client at ADR of Maitland Fl.
