This is the Realtor You Want! Jerrod Trainer is an Absolute Professional, helping me sell my unimproved lot for top dollar! ($10k over what a prominent Live Oak firm said I could expect!) As a remote owner, after decades of lowball letters, I received a letter from Jerrod offering to help me sell my property and I called him up.
