Brandon was recommended by a friend and while that alone had weight in my decision to call him (over choosing another Company), it was him putting my fears at ease when he stated that he’d seen places that could have belonged in a monster movie, that sealed the deal. I wouldn’t have let him in otherwise and would have continued to live in desperation with an ever increasing problem. Thank you for a person who understands that an awful situation can be a temporary problem and that help out of that kind of a situation is available.

Great service. They work around my schedule and arrive for every appointment. They are friendly and courteous. They take the time to explain all the products and answer questions. The price is comparable to a larger company I was using.

I am a 74 year-old senior who lives alone who thought i might have bedbugs. I was terrified! I couldn’t get anyone to help me except Rene from Florida Bug Control on a Sunday. He was so kind and helpful and talked to me about the situation and calmed me down. He was genuinely wanting to help! And he was even willing to forgo an emergency fee to come out on a Sunday just to alleviate my anxiety and get a treatment started. Who does that? Since I live in an apartment I had to check with my management office first and their price was going to be 3 times what Florida Bug Control prices were and Rene already told me his prices were unbeatable and now I knew it was the truth.... read full review
