I went to see Sandy for problems with chronic vertigo. When I went to her office , I was so dizzy from the car ride I could not stand up and needed assistance.
Sandy was so knowledgeable and calm. She told me that I was going to be ok no matter what it seemed like at the time. By the end of the first session I could walk out on my own and the car ride home did not make me dizzy at all.
I had four more sessions and drove myself to the final one. She did not try to convince me I needed more just to make money. I trust that she will not over- promise and under- deliver.

Sandy has healed me from 5 months of debilitating Long Covid. After my COVID infection, I was suffering from high heart rate, fainting episodes, EXTREME fatigue, low blood pressure, dizziness and lightheadedness which kept me bedbound. I went to many doctors, therapists, and acupuncturists. Tried blood pressure medication and steroids. Nothing gave me the relief that Sandy’s craniosacral therapy did.When I first saw her (one month ago), my husband drove me to her office. I was bedbound (for 2 months at this point). I just completed my 5th visit to Body Wisdom. Even though I have seen much recovery with every visit regarding all of the aches and pains I've accumulated over my lifetime I can honestly say it was this last visit that brought me the most and largest amount of recovery on an injury that no one else has even come close to improving for me (chiro, massage, acupuncture, orthopedic docs, pt, pilates, gyms). I wish I had known about this therapy years ago. I feel better, more energized, and optimistic about my future. I know I can't do at 72 what I did at 42 but I certainly feel like I can try now.
