We had our roof done with this company and we are so happy with their work. The crew worked very hard and cleaned up once it was all finished. They provided tarps to cover the pool as well. Jordan our team lead was amazing. He went over and beyond for us and we couldn't be more happy with this company. They kept us informed and up to date on all that was happening. We never had to question anything as it was all explained prior to and if any changes or adjustments in schedule had to be made we were informed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend if you need a roof!

I am a resident of Brandywine Apartments in Gainesville Florida (Alachua County). Unfortunately, my apartment building was infested with termites so they had a full fumigation. I was a little stressed about strangers coming into my home, robberies, etc. This company answered all my questions over the phone and really helped me prepare. Everything seemed to go as planned. Today, I can move back into my unit. It appears the unit was exactly how it was left. Hopefully the termites are gone. I have nothing to complain about with this company.UPDATE (a little over one month after the fumigation was finished): I have noticed significantly fewer flies, ants, pests, etc., in my apartment since the fumigation was finished. Pre-fumigation, I have noticed routine ants in my bathroom and sometimes flies in my bedroom. Now they are all gone.

My boys are 15 and 10, I’ve been taking them here for the past 7 years. They don’t charge an arm and a leg, but they’re worth every penny of a good tip!

Used Dependable twice this year. Outside Fan motor then couple months later air handler cage motor. My 17 year old system is still working just fine. I hope to make it to at least 20 years old before needing to replace it.The speed of service was excellent and the pricing was fair.
