Went in with dental pain/broke tooth was immediately taken back and explained what the Dentist could do. All staff was so nice and helpful. No pain at all! Will definitely be going back.
We’re from Mississippi and found ourselves in Macclenny during a bit of an emergency when our daughter Avi broke part of her baby tooth and was in a lot of pain. We called Romeo Dentistry, and from the moment we walked in, we felt so cared for. Kim was absolutely amazing! She has such a gentle way with kids and made Avi feel instantly comfortable. Dr. Romeo and Kim worked quickly, but with so much love and professionalism. They even gave Avi treats and made the whole experience feel fun. She left smiling and proud of herself, which is not something we expected after a dental emergency! We are so grateful for the care and attention we received. Everyone and the doctor was so nice help me with order supplies on line and so sweet and kind all the staff felt like I was at Publix everyone seem to love there job so kind and uplifting experience and got me in same day then next day appt and even slid me in for cleanings and filling took emergency fee off since I got more services wish all dentist were as good as this place 30 mins one way but worth it great kind service they care about there patients
