Garrett is an excellent massage therapist. He has helped me with the mobility issues and pain I’ve been dealing with for YEARS. I have fibromyalgia. My neck & back are a huge problem for me, as well as my legs and feet. I also have carpal tunnel. It’s a long list but he does an amazing job addressing all my issues. He’s kind and professional. He always asks how I’m doing, listens to any concerns and addresses them. Getting treatment from Garrett has helped my quality of life. Jennifer Rich epitomizes what a Therapeutic Massage Therapist should be. Each session begins with her really listening to me explain the areas I need treated (IT band, Piriformis muscle, arthritis in shoulder, carpal tunnel, etc.) She makes sure I'm comfortable on the massage table with the heat settings, height and essential oils. She has healing hands and adjusts the intensity to deep tissue massage if that's what I request. I've had more than a dozen massages by Jennifer the past several months & have more appointments already booked!
Great place. Ian does a wonderful job. They are very accommodating to my schedule. Only place that I can get an appointment after work hours. I always leave feeling better than I came in. I have experienced a definite change in my motivation to reach my physical goals now that I have a bit less pain.
