“My husband booked us a 90 minute couples session for our 10yr wedding anniversary and it was completely phenomenal!! We had been talking about getting a massage at some point and he found this place and I will definitely be going here again! We had Lauren and Madison (who usually works at the downtown location) and they were incredible!! We’re parents to 3 kids so i’ve had lower back pain, shoulder pain, migraines and it’s been uncomfortable and it would hurt pretty bad on occasions. Let Me Tell You that we left like we were drunk on cloud 9!! The pressure used on areas I highlighted were taken care of spectacularly and both my husband and I dosed off a few times. From day 1 I told them I was worried about our Disney trip that was already booked and I wanted to make sure I would be able to walk and keep up and was so not getting a scooter. Excited to say the fam had to keep telling me to slow down so they could keep up ?. We walked 8-10 miles everyday and I never had to stop and rest or anything. Yes there was pain but nothing I couldn't handle. Everyday gets better. May will be one year since my surgery. THANK YOU BOTH SO MUCH! If you need PT go check them out! Excel is an amazing place! They have helped me with 2 meniscus surgeries and now a total knee replacement.“
