Purchased a new build from them mid-2023. Could not be happier. Top quality and fairly priced. Looked at new and old builds for the better part of 8-months and never could find anything that had that “well built feel”… knew this was the one during the first walkthru. The Guyson team has been responsive to concerns/questions (even after the sale!)— and have been professional every step of the way. Guyson Construction was contracted to do a metal re-roof under warranty. Not knowing anything about this company, I had some reservations concerning the quality of work. However, these reservations disappeared the first day the crew started doing the job. The entire crew (Andy, Johnny, Mason, Brian, and Bobby) worked seamlessly and knew exactly what their job was. I am completely pleased with the job, and want to commend the crew for their attention to detail and pride in what they were doing.
