I had an appointment this morning and was greeted warmly upon arrival which set the tone for an amazing session.
I have barely been able to sleep for at least two weeks because the pain in my elbow was so bad - I went to urgent care last week because the pain was radiating my arm.
In one session, there is almost no pain in my elbow. I haven’t taken any pain meds today and my range of use has significantly increased.
