Ben, Sheena and team are the best. They not only responded to my request for a quote in record time but helped us navigate a horrendous decision we made to buy vinyl flooring from Floor & Decor (avoid them at all cost). Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Ben has the best product and service in Lutz. We spoke to all the others and simple Floors were by far the best all around. Our floors are absolutely beautiful now.

We selected tile for our kitchen remodel from Simple Floors and had issues with our installer picking up the tile. Benjamin and Sandra were very helpful in getting the problem resolved. Benjamin actually used his personal vehicle to deliver the tile to us and saved the day. They come highly recommended and we will shop them for our future flooring needs.
